About yiran studio
one character, four fires, made by hand in Hong Kong.
Why we are called 燚然
燚 (yì) is a rare Chinese character made of four 火 (fire) characters stacked together — fire at its fullest. It shares its pronunciation with 逸 (yì): ease, freedom, unhurried comfort. That pairing is the whole brand in one syllable. Our name yiran 燚然 borrows from the idiom 怡然自得 — quietly content — and our promise reads the same in any language: burn bright, live light.
Every bracelet we string is built around one of four fires — 桃花 love, 招財 abundance, 辟邪 protection, 安神 calm — the four kinds of energy people most often come looking for. You pick the fire that needs fuel; we string it for you, one bracelet at a time.
The studio
We work from Sham Shui Po, Kowloon — a few streets away from Yu Chau Street, Hong Kong's bead market, where every strand we use is picked by hand. We choose lots with clear crystal and natural colour, string each bracelet on knotted elastic in the studio, and check every bead before it ships.
Honest by default
This industry's biggest problem is overpromising, so our photography rule is simple: no filters, no boosted saturation, no stock renders. The stone in the photo is the stone that arrives at your door — natural inclusions, texture and all. Real stones were never perfect, and we think that is the point.
The maker
yiran studio is an independent, one-studio operation. A full introduction to the founder and maker is coming to this page soon — in the meantime, you can see daily work-in-progress on Instagram and 小紅書.
What's next
Our online store at store.yiranstudio.com is opening soon, with made-to-order bracelets from all four fires and the full AI-assisted design quiz. Questions in the meantime? See the FAQ or contact the studio.
