14-day returns
If a bracelet isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Once the return arrives back at the studio, we refund the item price to the original payment method.
Made-to-order & custom pieces
Bracelets strung to a custom size or a quiz-personalised design are exchangeable rather than refundable, unless faulty — they were made for you and can't be resold. We'll always work with you to get to a piece you love.
Sizing exchanges
Wrong size? We restring your bracelet to a new measurement free of charge within 30 days of delivery — you cover return postage, we cover the way back.
Faulty items
If a bracelet arrives damaged or the cord fails within 6 months of normal wear, we repair or replace it at no cost, including postage. Natural inclusions and colour variation in stone are characteristics, not faults — see our photography policy.
How to start a return
Email the studio with your order number and a photo, and we'll send instructions. Please don't post anything back before hearing from us.
