Made to order
Every bracelet is strung after you order it. Allow 3–5 working days for making before dispatch. Adding an optional gemstone certificate extends this by a few days, as the piece travels to the laboratory and back.
Hong Kong delivery
Local orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch, with tracking. Delivery is free for orders over a threshold shown at checkout; otherwise a flat local rate applies.
International delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery, typically arriving 7–14 working days after dispatch depending on the destination and customs processing. Rates are calculated by destination at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Tracking & delays
You'll receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. If a parcel appears stuck or lost, contact us and we'll chase the carrier with you — we don't consider an order finished until it's on your wrist.
