What we collect
When you contact us or place an order, we collect what's needed to reply and to deliver: your name, email address, shipping address and order details. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Analytics
We measure site usage with OpenPanel, a privacy-focused analytics tool running on our own server — page views and anonymous usage events, not cross-site tracking profiles. This helps us understand which pages are useful.
Cookies
We set a small number of functional cookies: your language preference, and — once the store opens — your login session. Analytics events are collected without third-party advertising cookies.
Store & payments
Purchases are processed by our Shopify-powered store; payment card details are handled by Shopify's certified payment infrastructure and never touch our own servers. Shopify's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the studio and we'll respond within a reasonable period, in line with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
